Free pre-sale service

Introduce the characteristics of the company's products and listen to customer requirements in detail, actively discuss with customers, according to the different needs of customers, to provide customers with suitable for their own process, optimized equipment design scheme. And welcome to the company at any time to participate in the investigation and guidance

We can also assist customers to apply for or for the whole process of Radiation Safety Permit.

Free inspection and acceptance

In the production stage, customers are welcome to send personnel to the company for supervision, we will provide accommodation convenience

Before the product leaves the factory, the staff can be sent to the company to participate in the factory delivery inspection.

When the products are delivered, we will send full-time technical personnel to track the on-site service. When the products are unpacked, we will cooperate with your technical personnel to inspect and accept the appearance and quantity of the products, and deal with problems such as equipment quality and quantity shortage.

Free technical training

We can be responsible for training the technical personnel, equipment operation and maintenance personnel of the user unit in the manufacturing plant or construction site, recommend the training plan and provide training materials one month before the training is approved by the customer, so that the trained personnel can skillfully operate the equipment, understand the structure and working principle of the equipment, master the daily maintenance of the equipment, and eliminate general faults.

Free guided installation

During the installation of the equipment, we will send experienced and capable service personnel to the site to guide the installation, ensure to cooperate with the construction party to provide equipment smoothly and timely installation in place.

Free on-site commissioning

For the installed equipment, we will send technicians to the site for commissioning and technical guidance, answer all kinds of questions raised by customers in real time.  

During equipment debugging, we will actively cooperate closely with related sibling units to ensure the smooth progress of interface work

After the equipment is officially energized and put into operation, you shall organize the design unit, the user unit, the installation unit and the bidder to jointly conduct the completion acceptance, and sign the final acceptance agreement

Free guarded running

Within 2 months after the equipment is powered on, we can send technical personnel to assist on site and timely deal with relevant problems to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment.

During major activities, we can send technical personnel to carry out on-site squat service, to ensure that there is no mistake during the activity.

Free repair during the warranty period

Within the warranty period, if the product quality problems occur, we will be free to replace the damaged components, accessories, etc。

We will fully cooperate to deal with the failure that is not caused by the equipment itself or force majeure.

Lifetime paid warranty

After the expiration of the warranty, if there is a quality problem, we will deal with all the problems affecting the normal operation of the equipment in line with the principle of first dealing with the problem, then differentiating the responsibility

We will send people to the site within 2~4 hours (with a branch in the province or local) or 8~12 hours (other) after receiving the written notice from the user, and work out a detailed maintenance plan together with relevant departments to make a correct judgment on the site situation, so as to ensure that the equipment can be restored to normal operation within the shortest time.

For repair materials outside the warranty period, we only charge the related cost.

We will collect, process and follow up customer complaints, and will conduct an irregularly (twice a year) return visit to the running status of the equipment, and teach the new maintenance and repair technology, so as to keep the equipment in the best running state.

Regularly consult users' comments, issue User Comments Feedback Form, establish user files, and record the operation situation of products.

Service guarantee capability:

The company has a big service team with strong technical ability, and special person takes charge of the unified arrangement, all service personnel have a wealth of work experience, the factory also provides regular theoretical lectures and technical training for service personnel,make it at any time to master the new product technology, constantly improve the level of service, so as to enrich the service force.

After the production of each contract, sufficient spare parts shall be purchased according to the characteristics of the equipment supplied by the project and stored in the warehouse for use, so as to ensure that each contract has sufficient spare parts and the long-term supply of spare parts can be fully guaranteed. The after-sales service centers set up in China are equipped with a certain number of commonly used spare parts to meet emergency needs. All spare parts are new, unused and qualified products.

For the commonly used components, the company has a stock, can guarantee delivery within 3 days. For non-conventional components, the company can guarantee delivery within 5 days if it has stock, guaranteed delivery within 15 days if it has no stock.
